White mold ripened goat cheese at 6 weeks. Tasted great! And a perfectly gooey center.

Glass Obsession

- Kaji is a flame-point siamese. He was quite a terror as a kitten, hence his name which means an out-of-control fire or conflagration. He thinks all of the glass color rods are his, and he guards his toys jealously.
